FIVE-in-ONE! Team Assessment Activities

Five short, sharp team tasks ideal for assessment centres, recruitment or teamwork courses.


How it works

This pack contains five short and lively activities to demonstrate a range of team skills. Each one lasts approximately 40-45 minutes. You can run just one with a number of teams all focusing on the same task or each team can tackle a different task. The Briefs can be issued directly to the whole team or a leader can be nominated, separately briefed and then made responsible for getting their team to complete the task on time. Some Trainers use the five activities one after the other with the role of leader changing for each activity.

What it does

Demonstrates whether team and leadership skills exist or not. Each activity has a number of mini-tasks that need delegating. These often include a practical task and the need for some creativity – and of course a deadline! Special forms allow you to easily assess teamwork in action.
