About Us

We are an independent organisation whose objective is to develop the very best training games to improve supervisory and management skills of all staff anywhere in the world. All our products are created or developed here at Northgate, and are specially designed to give participants the opportunity to practise and improve particular skills.

The term ‘games’ can be a problem for some people because it suggests Monopoly or Trivial Pursuits. Ours are not this sort of ‘game’. The term ‘game’ means that they are participative and interactive – they are all about ‘learning by doing’ and being pro-active as opposed to being a passive recipient of learning. They can still be fun but they have at heart a very serious purpose which is all about developing staff at all levels and improving performance at work.
