We are an independent organisation whose objective is to develop the very best training games to improve supervisory and management skills of all staff anywhere in the world. All our products are created or developed here at Northgate, and are specially designed to give participants the opportunity to practise and improve.The term ‘games’ often suggests Monopoly or Trivial Pursuits. Ours are not that sort of ‘game’. Northgate Games are so called because they are participative and interactive – they are all about participants ‘learning by doing’ and being pro-active as opposed to being passive recipients of learning. The Games are fun but they have at heart a serious purpose which is all about developing staff at all levels and improving their performance at work.
