How to choose a Northgate Training Game
With so many products to choose from where do you start? First, you probably have a topic in mind. If you want something, say, on Diversity then we have a single product on that topic so no problem but what if it’s teamwork or a business simulation - there’s quite a choice.
There are five logistics questions to ask:
- What category of skills do you want to address?
- How much time do you want to spend on the game?
- How many delegates will you have in any one session?
- Do you have access to (and want to use) a computer and printer during the game?
- Do you have a budget limit?
There is often some 'skills overlap' between the games so we can sometimes suggest good alternatives to the ones listed in any particular category. Delivery
