Price:
£395.00
Teams work in a demanding environment - then Houston raises the bar a whole lot higher! Great exercise to develop teamwork and engender an environment of cooperation.
As teams of lunar astronauts you address the logistics of collecting rock samples, erecting a laser beacon and planting a flag.
With limited amounts of oxygen and water, between-team cooperation is the only viable solution and the sooner all teams accept this the better! Just when it looks like you’re on top of it all effective teamwork will be required to deal with an emergency communication from Mission Control, Houston. A malfunction in the essential carbon dioxide filter needs a quick fix. With the materials available, can you do it? Will it work? Will you get back to Earth?

Miranda Stephenson, Consultant, Organisation Motivation in MotionThe best learning points were preparation, role allocation, objective setting and communication between teams. Fun, challenging, engaging, learning points achieved as individuals reflect. It works first time – well explained and everything you need is included.
Sharon Oliver, Organisation Honeywell Control Systems
Used in a leadership workshop – for an exercise on team collaboration. The best learning points were communication, working across teams and dealing with change. Fantastic! Perfectly suited the situation.
P. Harlington, ANSA Business DevelopmentVery effective learning on teamwork and communication skills. No single team can achieve the objective - it has to be a joint solution. Another very powerful Northgate activity.
T. Hall, TBT AssociatesHouston is a real winner! Very positive feedback from participants about the way the activity related to work.
J Sendall, Warner Bros
