- Give a brief introduction to the whole group then divide into the required number of teams.
- Hand out the team materials, explain the timing and let teams begin.
- Observe teams in action, make notes for the debrief, as necessary.
- After the allotted time draw the activity to a close and give teams a few moments to reflect.
- Draw the whole group together for a short debrief, hearing what participants have to say and drawing out the lessons learned.
